高校与地方政府共建的新型研发机构多要素多组态发展模式研究

The Research on the Multi-factor and Multi-configuration Development Model of New R&D Institutions Jointly Established by Universities and Local Governments

基于资源基础观使用fs/QCA对广东省19个高校与地方政府共建的新型研发机构案例进行组态分析。研究发现,(1)当地产业基础、院校品牌、政府和院校资源支持无法单独构成高质量新型研发机构的必要条件;(2)存在驱动高质量高校与当地政府构建新型研发机构的3条路径:1)当地产业基础好,院校品牌知名度高可获得较好发展;2)若院校品牌知名度不高,资源支持高可获得较好发展;3)当地产业基础好,资源支持高可获得较好发展。

In this paper, we use fs/QCA to conduct configuration analysis of 19 new R&D institutions built by universities and local government based on the view of resource base. Study found that:(1)The local industrial base, the brand of colleges and universities, the support of government and universities resources cannot alone constitute the necessary conditions for high quality R&D institutions;(2)there are three paths of driving high quality universities and local government to build new R&D institutions:1) good industrial foundation, and high brand awareness of local colleges and universities can obtain better development;2) if universities have the low brand awareness, the high support of resources can obtain better development;3) good local industrial foundation and high resource supply can obtain better development.
