摘要
借鉴资源-行为-绩效分析框架,以广东省91家不同申办主体孵化器为样本,尝试对现实中多种类别孵化器的绩效区别原由进行阐述。分析得出,绩效差异性源自于各类型孵化器自身资源结构禀赋存在差异,孵化器的资源结构(人才、资本、关系以及声誉)对于绩效会形成较为明显的积极效应。孵化器的多种资源需要经过外在的网络建立与内在的管理加入,在两类战略活动的影响之下,进一步产生了差异化的绩效变化。
Based on the resource-behavior-performance analysis framework,the paper intends to explain the reasons for the performance difference among various types of incubators in reality by taking 91 different incubators as samples in Guangdong Province.The results show that the difference in the performance of different founding incubators stems from the differences in the endowment structure of each type of incubator.The resource structure of incubators(manpower resources,multiple resources in terms of capital,relationship and social reputations)exerts significantly positive impacts on the incubation performance.The various resources of incubators need to be joined by external network establishment and internal management,and under the influence of two kinds of strategic activities,the performance changes are further differentiated.
