农业科技资源错配对全要素生产率影响--基于门槛效应的实证研究 被引量:5

Study on the Impact of Misallocation of Agricultural Science and Technology Resources on Total Factor Productivity Based on the Threshold Effect

摘要 基于1999-2017年农业科学院省级面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist指数测算农业全要素生产率,并采用Hsieh and klenow建立的资源错配模型测算出农业科技资源总错配指数。基于地区农业科技资源错配视角构建门槛模型,实证分析农业科技资源错配对农业全要素生产率的非线性作用机理。实证结果表明:(1)中国25个省份存在着不同程度的农业科技资源错配,农业科技资源错配情况虽有改善但效果并不明显。(2)农业科技资源错配程度与农业全要素生产率之间存在明显的双门槛效应且农业全要素生产率的变化显著受限于地区农业科技资源错配程度。(3)农业科技资源错配与农业全要素生产率之间呈U型关系,在不同的农业科技资源错配门槛区间内对农业全要素生产率有不同的影响。 Based on the provincial panel data of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 1999 to 2017, the DEAMalmquist index is used to measure the total factor productivity of agriculture, and the resource mismatch model established by Hsieh and Klenow is used to calculate the total mismatch index of agricultural science and technology resources. Based on the perspective of the mismatch of regional agricultural science and technology resources, a threshold model is constructed to empirically analyze the non-linear mechanism of agricultural science and technology resources mismatching agricultural total factor productivity. Empirical results show as follows: First, agricultural science and technology resources are misallocated to different degrees in 25 provinces of China;the mismatch of agricultural scientific and technological resources has been improved but the effect is not obvious;Second, there is an obvious double threshold effect between agricultural science and technology resource mismatch degree and agricultural total factor productivity, and the change of agricultural total factor productivity is significantly limited by the regional agricultural science and technology resource mismatch degree;Third, there is a U-shaped relationship between the agricultural science and technology mismatch and the total factor productivity of agriculture, which has different effects on the total factor productivity of agriculture within different threshold ranges of mismatch.
