摘要
为茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)在烟草幼苗上的应用提供科学依据,采用营养液培养法,研究喷施不同浓度外源MeJA对K326和豫烟6号(Y6)幼苗耐冷性的影响。结果表明:喷施MeJA后K326和Y6幼苗的丙二醛含量降低,生长量、相对含水量和抗氧化酶活性提高;MeJA浓度为100μmol/L时,K326幼苗光合参数最接近正常温度处理;MeJA浓度为10μmol/L时,Y6幼苗光合参数最接近正常温度处理。一定浓度的MeJA可通过调节植株抗氧化活性、渗透调节水平和光合作用缓解低温对烟草幼苗的损伤。
In order to provide a scientific basis for application of MeJA in tobacco seedlings,the effects of spraying exogenous MeJA with different concentrations on cold tolerance of K326 and Y6 seedlings are studied by using nutrient solution culture method.Result:When spraying MeJA,MDA content of K326 and Y6 seedlings decreases,and growth,relative water content and antioxidant enzyme activity increase.When the MeJA concentration is 100μmol/L,the photosynthetic parameters of K326 seedlings are close to the treatment of normal temperature.When the MeJA concentration is 10μmol/L,the photosynthetic parameters of Y6 seedlings are close to the treatment of normal temperature.A certain concentration of MeJA can alleviate the damage of low temperature to tobacco seedlings by regulating plant antioxidant activity,osmotic adjustment level and photosynthesis.
