摘要
为保水剂在油茶生产上的应用提供科学依据,采用大棚盆栽方法,研究6号、7号、8号和9号4种保水剂施用量及6号保水剂施用方法对油茶幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:1)施用方法,7 d时不同施用方法油茶幼苗的存活率均为100%,7 d后不施用保水剂(CK)油茶幼苗已全部死亡,即油茶幼苗的存活率为0;14 d时油茶幼苗的存活率为11.07%~63.67%,方法C最高,为63.67%,方法A和方法D最低,均为11.07%;21 d和28 d时油茶幼苗的存活率均为11.07%~35.67%,方法C最高,均为35.67%,方法A和方法D最低,均为11.07%。2)施用量,CK油茶幼苗存活时间为28.00 d,不同保水剂各施用量处理油茶幼苗存活的时间为21.00~72.33 d,差异明显;6号、7号、8号和9号保水剂施用1 g、5 g、10 g和20 g油茶幼苗存活时间分别为28.00 d、35.00 d、72.33 d和72.33 d,23.33 d、35.00 d、49.00 d和49.00 d,21.00 d、28.00 d、28.00 d和35.00 d,21.00 d、28.00 d、28.00 d和35.00 d。低交联型88%聚丙烯酸钠盐(6号保水剂)施用10 g和20 g对油茶抗旱保苗的效果最佳,时间达72.33 d,可在生产上推广应用。
To provide a scientific basis for the application of super absorbent polymers(SAPs)in the production of Camellia oleifera,the greenhouse potting method was employed to study the effects of various application rate of four water-retaining agents of No.6,7,8,and 9,as well as the application method of No.6 water-retaining agent on the drought resistance of C.oleifera seedlings.Results:1)Application method.The survival rate of C.oleifera seedlings with different application methods was 100%when treated for 7 days.After 7 d,the seedlings of C.oleifera without applying water-retaining agent(CK)had all died,that is,the survival rate of C.oleifera seedlings was 0;The survival rate of seedlings ranged in 11.07%-63.67%when treated for 14 days,of which method C had the highest survival rate of 63.67%,while method A and D got the lowest of 11.07%;The survival rates of C.oleifera seedlings treated for 21 days and 28 days were ranged from 11.07%to 35.67%.Method C obtained the greatest survival rate of 35.67%,and the lowest ones appeared in Method A and Method D,merely 11.07%.2)Application rate.The survival time of CK C.oleifera seedlings was 28.00 d,which ranged in 21.00-72.33 d when applied with various amount of water-retaining agents,and significant difference was observed.Application amounts(1 g,5 g,10 g,20 g)of water-retaining agents No.6,7,8,and 9 obtained the C.oleifera seedlings survival time of respectively 28.00 d,35.00 d,72.33 d and 72.33 d;23.33 d,35.00 d,49.00 d and 49.00 d;21.00 d,28.00 d,28.00 d and 35.00 d;21.00 d,28.00 d,28.00 d and 35.00 d.Low-crosslinking 88%polyacrylate sodium salt(No.6 water-retaining agent)performed the best effect on drought resistance and seedling protection of C.oleifera with application amounts of 10 g and 20 g,the survival time reached as long as 72.33 d,which can be promoted and applied in production.
