Establishment of Value-added Mode of Whole Green Food Industry Chain Based on Big Data

绿色食品全产业链作为一种适应市场需求变化与农业产业结构调整而产生和发展起来的新兴模式,对数据在整个产业链中的传递和共享提出更高的要求。为绿色食品全产业链的增值提供参考,在大数据发展的时代背景下,以协同创新理论为基础,构建以实现产业链信息共享为目的的大数据平台模型,提出2种绿色食品全产业链的优化模式,即以绿色食品零售商为主体的线上线下一体化模式和以绿色食品加工企业为主体的智慧供应链协同模式。认为构建的绿色食品全产业链大数据平台可有效解决绿色食品全产业链各环节平台系统多、数据采集标准不统一造成的数据壁垒问题。

As a new mode which is generated and developed to adapt to the change of market demand and adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,the whole green food industry chain has put forward a higher requirement for the transmission and share of the data in the whole industry chain.In order to provide a reference for the value-added of whole green food industry chain,the big data platform model with the purpose of sharing industry chain information is established based on collaborative innovation theory under the background of the development of big data,and the two optimized modes of whole green food industry chain are proposed,that is,integrated online and offline mode with green food retailer as the main body and intelligent supply chain collaborative mode with green food processing enterprise as the main body.Establishing the big data platform of whole green food industry chain can effectively solve the data barrier problems caused by multiple platform systems and inconsistent data collection standards during various processes of whole green food industry chain.
