电镜技术在骨质疏松研究中的应用

摘要 骨质疏松症是一种以骨量减低、骨微结构破坏为主的隐匿性疾病,已成为严重影响中老年人群健康的慢病之一。电子显微镜(electron microscopy,EM)以其高精密度优势逐渐应用于医学科研及临床诊断。本文对近年来电镜技术在骨质疏松科研领域的应用与进展进行综述,介绍EM技术在骨质疏松研究领域中的应用,包括动物模型、细胞模型、临床研究、生物材料研究以及免疫电镜的应用。展望EM技术在骨质疏松研究领域的应用拓展及普及。 Osteoporosis is an insidious disease mainly characterized by decreased bone mass and destruction of bone microstructure.It has become one of the worst chronic diseases that seriously affect the health of middle-aged and old people.Electron microscope(EM)with its high precision advantage gradually applied to medical research and clinical diagnosis.In this paper,the application and progress of EM technique were reviewed in the field of osteoporosis research in recent years,and the application of EM technique in the field of osteoporosis research was introduced,including animal model,cell model,clinical research,biomaterials research,and immunoelectron microscopy.It is expected that EM technology will be widely used in osteoporosis research.
