新时代云南高等教育发展的回顾与展望——云南省高等教育学会2020 年学术年会综述

摘要 昭通学院承办的云南省高等教育学会学术年会,以“面向‘十四五’规划的云南高等教育发展”为主旨,探讨区域高等教育发展的理论与实践研究、后疫情时代高等教育的应对策略研究、新时代高等教育的品质建设研究三大议题。学术年会从40年云南本土教育学术生命经验、大学管理的经验与科学、教学与科研失衡、“十四五”云南高教发展蓝图等八方面展开。在回瞻云南省过去40年发展的同时,面向“十四五”规划以及高等教育新时代提出了适宜云南省高等教育发展的要求与任务,在保证“高质量”发展的同时,以“普及化”“区域化”“智能化”“危机环境常态化”为新动向,共同铸成云南省高等教育的美好明天。 The Academic Annual Meeting of Yunnan Association of Higher Education in 2020 hosted by Zhaotong College with the theme of“Yunnan Higher Education Development Facing the 14th Five Year Plan”,explored the three major issues:(1)the theoretical and practical research on regional higher education development;(2)the research on coping strategies of higher education in post COVID-19 era,and(3)quality of higher education in the new era.The conference was conducted from eight aspects,including Yunnan 40-year local education academic experience,practice and science management of universities,imbalance between teaching and scientific research,blueprint of Yunnan higher education development during“the 14th Five Year Plan”,etc.While looking back at higher education development of Yunnan Province in the past 40 years,facing the“14th Five Year Plan”and the new era of higher education,the conference put forward the requirements and tasks suitable for higher education development in Yunnan Province.While ensuring the“high-quality”development,it takes“Popularization”,“regionalization”,“intellectualization”and“crisis normalization”as the new trends to jointly create a bright future of higher education in Yunnan Province.
