Science and technology are the important weapons to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.During previous events fighting against pandemic,rumour is an inevitable participant as a virus hindering the progress of tackling key problems in science and technology and harming the overall prevention and control work of pandemic.Therefore it is necessary to cultivate a healthy scientific research public opinion environment to ensure the smoothing promoting of various scientific research tasks by scientific guiding through theory,perfect regulation and fast response to the public opinion.It is not only the practical need to prevent and control the pandemic but also the basic demanding of comprehensive improving the internet security guarantee ability.
