应用型本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的构想与实践 被引量:3

摘要 “双师型”教师是应用型本科院校转型发展的基础保障,然而当前教师数量不足、质量偏低、结构不合理等问题,严重影响学校的整体提升。为此,提出了双师型教师队伍建设的构想,并进行了实践研究。在大数据视域下构建双师型教师队伍模型,以该模型为基础,从完善教育管理公共服务平台、实行双师型教师培养定向追踪机制角度,完善教师培训体系。从普适性培训、可视化统计分析、明确教师诉求三方面建立激励机制。结合经济发展对人才需求的个性化因素,构建共享云平台及个人自助式学习菜单,实现学习资源共享,以此提升教师综合能力。实践结果表明,与传统本科院校培训模式相比,多数教师均赞同实行应用型本科院校双师型教师队伍建设模式,验证了该构想的有效性。 “Double teacher”teachers are the basic guarantee for the transformation and development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.However,the current problems such as insufficient number,low quality and unreasonable structure of teachers seriously affect the overall improvement of the school.For this reason,this paper puts forward the concept of the construction of the double teacher team,and carries out practical research.From the perspective of big data,this paper constructs a model of dual teacher team.Based on this model,it improves the teacher training system from the perspective of improving the public service platform of education management and implementing the directional tracking mechanism of dual teacher training.The incentive mechanism should be established from three aspects:universal training,visual statistical analysis and clear demands of teachers.Combined with the individualized factors of the demand for talents in economic development,the shared cloud platform and personal self-help learning menu are constructed to realize the sharing of learning resources,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers.The practice results show that,compared with the traditional training mode,most of the teachers agree with the implementation of the application-oriented undergraduate college dual teacher team building mode,which verifies the effectiveness of the concept.
