摘要
某三菱701F4联合循环机组启动过程中存在启动时间长、循环水流量过剩、真空建立过程要求过高等问题,本文首先对上述各问题逐个开展机理分析,随后通过利用汽包余热改善中压过热蒸汽参数替代锅炉供汽、优化循环水系统运行控制逻辑和真空控制逻辑等措施,提高了机组启动过程的灵活性和经济性。该方法对其它同类型机组启动优化工作具有一定的参考价值。
The startup process of MITSUBISHI 701F4 gas combined cycle generating unit has some problems such as long start-up time,excessive circulating water flow,and excessive requirements for the vacuum establishment process.So this paper analyzes the mechanisms of the above problems one by one firstly,then improves the medium-pressure superheated steam parameter substitution by using the residual heat of the steam drum measures such as boiler steam supply,optimized operation control logic and vacuum control logic of the circulating water system,which improved the flexibility and economy of the unit's startup process.This method has certain reference value for other similar units to start optimization work.
