摘要
液压泵是超高压液压传动系统的核心动力元件,其性能的好坏直接影响超高压液压系统的性能。以ANSYS软件为平台,针对超高压轴向柱塞泵缸体的结构强度分析,建立超高压轴向柱塞泵缸体的有限元模型,将轴向柱塞泵加压至120 MPa,进行缸体强度校核,发现缸体结构强度不达标,并通过试验验证了仿真的正确性;同时将缸体结构进行优化,得到不同结构下缸体的结构强度校核结果,发现缸体结构强度依旧不能够满足,最终得到了45号钢不适合作为120 MPa超高压柱塞泵缸体材料的结论。
The hydraulic pump is the core power component of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic transmission system,and its performance will directly affect the performance of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic system.Based on the ANSYS software platform,for the structural strength analysis of the cylinder block of the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump,the finite element model of the cylinder block of the ultra-high pressure axial piston pump is established,and the axial piston pump is pressurized to 120 MPa.Structural strength check shows that the structural strength of the cylinder body is not up to standard,and the correctness of the simulation is verified through experiments;at the same time,the structure of the cylinder block was optimized to obtain the structural strength check results of the cylinder block under different structures.It was found that the structural strength of the cylinder block was still not satisfactory.Finally,it was concluded that the 45 steel is not suitable for the 120 MPa ultra-high pressure plunger pump cylinder material.
