摘要
提出由建压曲线判定电液伺服机构排气充分程度的方法,建立系统压力数学模型,进行仿真分析和试验验证,确定某型电液伺服机构排气充分的判据,即启机后系统压力达到蓄能器充气压力时间不大于0.073 s。此方法不用新增测量器件,仅依靠现有生产测试仪即可实现,方便易用。
A method judging the deaeration adequacy by the pressure building-up curves of the electro-hydraulic servo mechanisms is proposed.Establish the criterion of the deaeration adequacy for a certain electro-hydraulic servo mechanism by the mathematical model,the simulation analysis and the experimental verification,that is,the time for the system pressure reaching the accumulator inflation pressure is less than 0.073 s.This method is convenient and easy to use,which can be realized by the existing production tester without adding new measuring devices.
