工作敬业感维度结构及测量研究

摘要 基于工作敬业感的内涵界定,通过规范性的实证分析对杨波所开发的工作敬业感量表进行修订,得到具有良好信效度,包括投入工作与追求发展两维度,共计12个条目的本土量表。在控制了性别、职位、学历和工作年限等人口学变量后,发现相较于追求发展,投入工作对任务绩效的影响更大,说明只有员工敬业尽责、全身心投入,其工作才能做得最好;同时还发现,相较于人力资本,工作敬业感对任务绩效的影响更大。 Based on the connotation of professional devotion,this study revises the professional devotion scale developed by Yang Bo through normative empirical analysis,and obtains the indigenous scale with good reliability and validity,including two dimensions of job engagement and pursuit of development,a total of 12 items.This study finds that,compared to the pursuit of development,job engagement has a greater influence on task performance by controlling the demographic variables such as gender,position,educational background and working seniority,which indicates that only when employees are dedicated to their work,can they do the best.At the same time,it is found that job engagement has a greater impact on task performance compared to human capital.
