摘要
东华理工大学省部共建核资源与环境国家重点实验室的获批,既是实验室“去培育化”升级改造的成功,又预示着实验室发展将面临更高层次的挑战。文章从对实验室的认识出发,分析了实验室建设的需求、发展定位、专业特色和目标任务,并针对实验室在高端人才队伍建设、专业定位、运行机制和科技成果转化方面的短板提出了一些尝试性建议,希望为实验室在建设成一流国家重点实验室的过程中,提供一定的帮助。
The authorization of state key laboratory of nuclear resources and environment in East China University of Technology not only embodies the successful upgrade of state key laboratory breeding base,but also represents further developing challenges.On the basis of the profound understanding of laboratory,this paper analyses the developing necessity,orientation,subject features,and long-term task of laboratory construction.Moreover,a few suggestions are provided to overcome the drawbacks to high level research group,developing orientation,operation mechanism,and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This essay is expected to be useful in developing the state key laboratory of nuclear resources and environment into a top-ranking one in China.
