生态文明与资源集约:江西高校绿色校园建设历程、问题与路径

Ecological Civilization and Resource Efficiency:the Process,Issues and Ways of Green Campus Construction in Higher Learning Institutions of Jiangxi Province

党的十八大以来,生态文明建设被提上了前所未有的高度,新的《绿色校园评价标准》自2019年10月1日起实施,为我国开展绿色校园评价工作提供了理论依据。在分析生态文明与高校绿色校园建设辩证关系的基础上,从江西绿色校园建设现状出发,总结江西高校绿色校园建设的差距和不足,提出江西高校绿色校园建设路径,为打造美丽中国“江西样板”和构建符合生态文明和资源集约理念的高校绿色校园提供参考与借鉴。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,promoting ecological progress has been given a high priority.The implementation of the new"Assessment Standard for Green Campus"since 1st October,2019 provides a theoretical basis for the conduction of green campus assessment in China.Based on the analysis of the dialectical relationship between ecological civilization and green campus construction in higher learning institutions and starting from the present status of the development of eco-campus in Jiangxi Province,this paper makes a summary of gaps and deficiencies of green campus construction.Then it puts forward corresponding ways as to the green campus construction,providing a reference for the creation of Jiangxi model of beautiful China and the construction of green campuses in line with the concept of ecological civilization and resource efficiency.
