摘要 以聚乙二醇(PEG-1 000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)和丁酮肟(MEKO)为原料,制备一种阳离子水性聚氨酯(WPU);将其与季铵化嵌段聚醚氨基硅油乳液(QBPEAS)按照不同比例复配制得聚氨酯/有机硅混合乳液(WPUMAS)涂层剂。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪、纳米粒度仪和Zeta电位分析仪等进行表征。将WPUMAS应用于PU合成革,讨论QBPEAS乳液用量、WPUMAS乳液含固量以及焙烘温度对涂层剂应用性能的影响。结果表明:涂层剂乳液粒子分布集中,平均粒径为211.36 nm,Zeta电位为+40.1 mV,乳液的稳定性良好;处理后,PU合成革表面对水的接触角为40°,亲水性明显提高;WPUMAS在PU合成革表面有良好的成膜性,合成革表面的坑洼被涂层填平,比较光滑;当QBPEAS乳液用量为30%、WPUMAS乳液含固量为15%、焙烘温度为150℃时,WPUMAS处理PU合成革的表面平整、亲水性好,外观亮黑油润,手感油润丝滑。 Using polyethylene glycol(PEG-1000),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),triethanolamine(TEOA)and butanone oxime(MEKO)as raw materials,a kind of cationic waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was pre⁃pared.It was formulated with amphoteric quaternized block polyether polysiloxane(QBPEAS)emulsion in dif⁃ferent proportions to obtain a polyurethane/silicone hybrid emulsion(WPUMAS)coating agent.It was charac⁃terized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),contact angle measuring instru⁃ment,nanometer particle size analyzer and Zeta potential analyzer.WPUMAS was applied to PU synthetic leather.The effect of the amount of QBPEAS emulsion,the solid content of WPUMAS emulsion and the bak⁃ing temperature on the application performance of the coating agent.The results showed that the emulsion particles of the coating agent were concentrated in distribution,the average particle size was 211.36 nm,the Zeta potential was+40.1 mV,and the stability of the emulsion was good.After treatment,the water contact angle of PU synthetic leather surface was 40°,and the hydrophilic was significantly improved.WPUMAS had good film-forming properties on the surface of PU synthetic leather.The potholes on the surface of synthetic leather were filled with the coating and were smooth.When the QBPEAS emulsion was 30%,the solid con⁃tent of WPUMAS emulsion was 15%,and the baking temperature was 150℃,the PU synthetic leather fin⁃ished with PUMAS had smooth surface,good hydrophilic performance,bright black oily appearance,and oily silky feel.
