将地沟油与羟乙基乙二胺进行季铵化反应,获得一种具有柔软效果且可工业或家庭应用的柔软剂。将自制地沟油柔软剂产品与市售软片、软膏或软油精进行应用性能对比,结果显示:自制地沟油柔软剂与市售产品在亲水性、黄变、色牢度、手感、稳定性等指标上接近,可达到地沟油废物利用的目的。

By quaternizing ditch oil with hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine,a kind of softener with softening effect that could be used in industry or family was obtained.The performance and effect of the self-made softener product were compared with the commercial soft film,ointment or soft oil essence.The results showed that the self-made softener was close to the market product in terms of hydrophilicity,yellowing,col⁃or fastness,handle,stability and other indicators,so as to achieve the purpose of waste utilization of ditch oil.
