摘要
利用超声波法制备出AX共结晶沸石,使用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和电子扫描显微镜进行结构表征,并测定其钙镁离子交换能力,最后将样品作为洗衣粉助洗剂评价其洗涤效果。结果表明:制备样品同时含有A型沸石和X型沸石的骨架结构,粒径均匀、分散度好;钙镁离子交换容量分别达到322 mgCaCO3/g沸石和206 mgMgCO3/g沸石(优于单一沸石);对各类衣料污物的洗涤性能显著高于三聚磷酸钠及单一沸石,可作为一种绿色高效的洗衣粉助剂。
AX co-crystal zeolite was prepared by ultrasonic method,and the structure of the sample was characterized by infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and electron scanning microscope.At the same time,the calcium and magnesium ion exchange capacity was determined.Finally,the sample was used as a washing powder builder to evaluate its washing effect.The results showed that the prepared sample con⁃tained both A-type and X-type zeolite frameworks with uniform particle size and good dispersion.The calcium and magnesium ion exchange capacity of the sample reached 322 mgCaCO3/g-zeolite and 206 mgMgCO3/gzeolite respectively,which was better than single zeolites.The sample's cleaning ability for various types of dirt was significantly higher than that of sodium tripolyphosphate and single zeolite.It was a green and effi⁃cient detergent additive.
