海藻酸钠对羊毛织物数码印花的影响

Effects of sodium alginate on digital printing of wool fabrics

根据羊毛织物数码印花前处理工艺的要求,选择不同量的海藻酸钠进行上浆预处理,测定羊毛织物印花的线条精细度、K/S值、脱糊率、渗透性和色牢度等指标。从5项指标综合来看,当海藻酸钠用量为4%时,印花织物得色量最高,花纹图案清晰,脱糊率及渗透性能较好,上浆效果最好。

According to the requirements of digital printing pretreatment technology of wool fabrics,differ⁃ent amount of sodium alginate was used for sizing treatment,and then the fineness,K/S value,degumming rate,permeability and color fastness of wool fabric printing line were measured.See comprehensively from the perspective of five indicators,when the amount of sodium alginate was 4%,the color yield of the printed fabric was the highest,the pattern was clear,the degumming rate and permeability were better,and the siz⁃ing effect was the best.
