浙江省节能环保产业发展的问题与策略研究

Research on the Problems and Strategies of Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Development in Zhejiang Province

浙江省将节能环保产业列为全省重点发展的八大万亿产业之一,坚持问题导向,从供给侧结构性改革和需求侧政策创新两方面引导推动节能环保产业健康发展,提出了产业集聚、产才融合、品牌打造、需求拉动、公共服务平台、信用评价等方面的发展策略。文章对浙江省节能环保产业的发展现状进行了分析,并提出了存在的问题和应对策略。

The energy conservation and environmental protection industry has been listed as one of the eight key trillion-Yuan industries for priority development in Zhejiang Province.The provincial government has adhered to the problem-oriented approach,has guided and promoted the healthy development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry from two aspects:supplyside structural reform and demand-side policy innovation.It has put forward the development strategies of industrial agglomeration,industry-talent integration,brand building,demand pulling,public service platform,credit evaluation,etc.This paper analyzed the current development situation of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Zhejiang Province,and put forward the existing problems and the coping strategies.
