水体痕量铝快速自动检测方法研究 被引量:1

Rapid and automatic determination of trace amounts of aluminum in water

摘要 在氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)存在下,铝离子与依来铬菁R(ECR)反应生成蓝色络合物,利用分光光度法研究了配位反应条件:pH 5.75乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液、0.2mL 0.800g·L-1 ECR和0.2mL 1.25g·L-1 CPC,反应10min。基于此优化条件,设计了由进样系统、控制与测量系统组成的自动检测工作程序,建立了铝自动检测方法,并制备了基于室外快速检测使用的铝检测剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ。通过对铝标准溶液、实际水样的测量,自动检测方法与ICP-AES法测定结果一致,其LOD=0.004mg·L-1 Al,RSD 0.5%~1.2%,铝加标回收率93%~102%。同时,稳定性实验表明,铝检测剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ在室温条件下至少稳定半年。该自动检测法具有灵敏度和准确度高、实时动态测量、操作简单等特点,将为水环境移动式自动检测仪的研制提供重要方法和技术。 In the presence of cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC),aluminum ion reacts with eriochrome cyanine R(ECR)to form a blue complex.The coordination reaction conditions are studied by spectrophotometric method:pH5.75 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution,0.2 mL 0.800 g·L-1 ECR and 0.2 mL 1.25 g·L-1 CPC,react for 10 minutes.Based on the optimized conditions,an automatic detection program including sampling system,control and measurement system is designed,an automatic detection method for aluminum is established,and the aluminum detection agents I and II for outdoor rapid detection are prepared.The test results of automatic detection method are consistent with those of ICP-AES,LOD=0.004 mg·L-1 Al,RSD is in the range of 0.5%-1.2%,and the recovery rate of aluminum is in the range of 93%-102%.The stability experiment results show that the aluminum detection agents I and II are stable for at least half a year at room temperature.This automatic detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity and accuracy,real-time dynamic measurement,and simple operation.
