基于模拟恶劣运行环境下的电动汽车直流充电枪发热行为的检测方法及评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着电动汽车的大量普及推广,新型电动汽车充电电缆作为电动汽车和充电桩之间的用于传输电能的载体,对其安全性能进行研究具有重要意义。本试验选取包括TPE、TPU两种不同护套材料,锡青铜镀银、黄铜镀银两种插针材质的充电电缆进行研究。探究环境粉尘、高温湿度和多次插拔对充电枪发热情况的影响。结果显示,粉尘污染试验对充电枪的表面发热情况影响不大,枪体内部温度略有升高。高温湿环境会加速充电枪的温升过程,但是对充电枪端子的温升影响不大,枪体、电缆表面温度有一点上升。多次插拔试验对充电枪发热情况有明显的促进作用,温度升高约12K。 The charging cable with two sheath materials,TPE and TPU,and two kinds of pin materials,silver bronze and silver-plated brass,is studied.The influences of environmental dust,high temperature,humidity,and multiple plugging and unplugging operation on the heating of the charging gun is investigated.The results show that the dust pollution test has little effect on the surface heating of the charging gun,and the internal temperature of the gun rises slightly.The high temperature and humidity environment will accelerate the temperature rise process of the charging gun,but it has little effect on the temperature rise of the charging gun terminal,and the temperature of the gun body and cable surface rises a little.Multiple plugging and unplugging tests can obviously promote heating of the charging gun,and the temperature rises by 12K.
