摘要
陕西省立第四师范学校(即四师)从创办开始,顺应师范教育革新,制定了符合学校实际情况的教育教学制度,并不断进行教育改革,成为陕西中等师范教育的典范。从1923年创办到1934年首次更名期间(即四师时期),陕西省立第四师范学校的办学特点非常突出,主要表现在组织的系统化与高效性、管理的精细化与民主性、教学的科学化与实用性以及师资的专业化与革命性。这些特点既能体现陕西省立第四师范学校当时的教育状况,也能为现代师范教育提供一定的借鉴。
From the beginning of The establishment of The Fourth Normal School in Shaanxi Province,in line with the reform of normal education,has formulated an education and teaching system in line with the actual situation of the school,and has continuously carried out educational reform,which became a secondary normal education model of Shaanxi.From its founding in 1923 to its first change of name in 1934,the characteristics of running The Fourth Normal School in Shaanxi Province are very prominent,mainly manifested in the systematization and efficiency of the organization,the refinement and democracy of management,the scientific and practical teaching,and the specialization and revolution of teachers.These characteristics can not only reflect the educational situation of The Fourth Normal School in Shaanxi Province,but also provide some reference for modern normal education.
