公安机关治理现代化属于当前国内治理现代化建设关键步骤,同时公安执法规范化也被视作工作的基础和前提。基于此,参考国家治理现代化的全新需求,提高公安机关执法规范性特别关键。基于国家治理现代化的视角,从公安执法建设需求的角度,研究目前公安执法规范化建设具有的局限性,进行提出相应的对策。加强国家治理体系现代化背景下公安执法的规范化建设,对于保障国内公安系统提高执法水平存在非常关键的作用。

The modernization of the governance of public security organs is a key step in the modernization of domestic governance.At the same time,the standardization of public security law enforcement is also regarded as the basis and premise of the work.Based on this,referring to the new requirements of the modernization of national governance,it is particularly critical to improve the standardization of law enforcement by public security organs.Based on the perspective of the modernization of national governance,from the perspective of the needs of public security law enforcement construction,this article studies the limitations of the current public security law enforcement standardization construction,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The study aims to strengthen the standardization of public security law enforcement under the background of the modernization of the national governance system,and plays a key role in ensuring that the domestic public security system should improve the level of law enforcement.
