摘要 超薄盖板玻璃经二步法离子强化后具有高强度及优良的抗冲击性能,广泛应用于智能手机、平板电脑等触摸屏领域。阐述了二步法离子强化工艺的研究进展,对超薄盖板玻璃二步法离子强化的影响因素:玻璃组分、熔盐成分及交换时间和温度进行了分析,展望了超薄盖板玻璃二步法离子强化工艺发展趋势。 Ultra-thin cover glass has high strength and excellent impact resistance after two-step ion strengthening,and is widely used in touch screen fields such as smart phones and tablet computers.The research progress of the two-step ion strengthening process is described.The factors affecting the two-step ion strengthening of ultra-thin cover glass:glass composition,molten salt composition,and exchange time and temperature are analyzed.Looking forward to the development trend of two-step ion strengthening process for ultra-thin cover glass.
