低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽功能训练在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽功能训练在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用。方法选取2017年6月~2019年2月我院神经内科治疗的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者92例,随机分为联合组和单纯组,每组各46例。单纯组患者予常规吞咽功能训练,联合组患者在单纯组常规吞咽功能训练的基础上加低频脉冲电刺激治疗,两组干预周期均为6周。比较干预前后两组患者的吞咽功能评分及血氧饱和度,并评估临床效果。结果治疗6周后,两组藤氏评分、饮水试验评分和血氧饱和度均高于治疗前,且联合组均高于单纯组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率(95.65%)显著高于单纯组(82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽功能训练用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果优于单纯吞咽功能训练,能改善患者的吞咽功能及血氧饱和度水平。 Objective To investigate the application of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function training in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 92 patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in the Department of Neurology at our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into combined group and simple group,with 46 patients in each group.Patients in the simple group were given routine swallowing function training,and patients in the combined group were treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation on the basis of routine swallowing function training in the simple group.Both groups intervened for 6 weeks.The changes of swallowing function score and blood oxygen saturation before and after 6 weeks of intervention were evaluated in the two groups,and their clinical effects were compared.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the Teng's score,drinking test score,and blood oxygen saturation in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and that in the combined group were higher than in the simple group,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the total clinical effective rate(95.65%)in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the simple group(82.61%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function training is better than swallowing function training in patients with dysphagia after stroke.It can improve swallowing function and blood oxygen saturation level.
