精准护理干预在血液灌流治疗重度中毒患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of precision nursing intervention in hemoperfusion in the treatment of severely poisoned patients

目的研究精准护理干预在血液灌流治疗重度中毒患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月~2020年4月南昌市第三医院收治的重度中毒患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组34例,观察组32例,两组均实施血液灌流。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施精准护理干预。观察两组患者住院时间、72 h APACHEⅡ评分、呼吸机脱机时间、治愈率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间为(13.237±1.223)d、呼吸机脱机时间为(3.967±0.683)d,较对照组的(15.565±1.782)d、(5.526±1.091)d明显缩短(P<0.001);观察组72 h APACHEⅡ评分为(12.823±1.735)分,较对照组的(14.554±1.982)分明显降低(P<0.001);观察组患者家属护理满意度为96.875%,明显高于对照组的76.470%(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率为93.750%,较对照组的88.235%无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论精准护理可明显缓解病情,减少住院时间,减轻患者经济负担,提高患者家属满意度,但不能有效提高重症中毒患者的治愈率。

Objective To study the application effect of precision nursing intervention in hemoperfusion in the treatment of severely poisoned patients.Methods A total of 66 severely poisoned patients who were admitted to The Third Hospital of Nanchang from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.There were 34 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group.Both groups were given hemoperfusion.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,and patients in the observation group were given precision nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing care.The length of hospital stay,72 h APACHEⅡscore,ventilator offline time,cure rate,and nursing satisfaction were observed in two groups.Results The length of stay of patients in the observation group was(13.237±1.223)days and the ventilator offline time was(3.967±0.683)days,which were significantly shorter than(15.565±1.782)days and(5.526±1.091)days in the control group(P<0.001);the 72 h APACHEⅡscore in the observation group was(12.823±1.735)points,which was significantly lower than that of(14.554±1.982)points in the control group(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the patients'family members in the observation group was 96.875%,which was significantly higher than that of 76.470%in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate in the observation group was 93.750%,and there was not a significant difference compared with the control group 88.235%(P>0.05).Conclusion Precision nursing can significantly relieve the condition,reduce the length of stay,reduce the economic burden of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients'family members,but it cannot effectively improve the cure rate of patients with severe poisoning.
