阶段性改变模式在中青年冠心病患者中的应用效果

Effects of stage-of-change model on youth and middle-aged patients with coronary heart diseases

目的探讨阶段性改变模式在中青年冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月-2019年6月我院心内科收治的80例中青年冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用阶段性改变模式进行干预。比较2组自我效能、健康素养、疾病相关知识掌握程度及焦虑评分的差异。结果干预后,观察组自我效能、健康素养、疾病相关知识掌握程度评分均明显高于对照组(t=2.436,P=0.015;t=8.569,P<0.001;t=13.890,P<0.001),SAS评分明显低于对照组(t=9.712,P<0.001)。结论阶段性改变模式应用于中青年冠心病患者中的干预效果较好,在明显提高患者自我效能,减轻其焦虑情绪的同时,对其健康生活方式及疾病相关知识掌握程度的改善均具有重要价值,可考虑推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of stage-of-change(SOC)model on the youth and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty youth and middle-aged patients with coronary heart diseases and treated in our hospital between June 2017 and June 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 40,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with intervention based on SOC model.The self-efficacy,health literacy,as well as disease-related knowledge and anxiety between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the self-efficacy,health literacy and disease-related knowledge scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.436,P=0.015;t=8.569,P<0.001;t=13.890,P<0.001),while the anxiety score of the former was significantly lower than the latter(t=9.712,P<0.001).Conclusion SOC model has a good effect on the youth and middle-aged patients with coronary heart diseases.It can obviously improve their self-management and alleviate their anxiety,as well as upgrade their lifestyle and disease-related knowledge.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
