摘要
目的:调查护理学(中外合作办学)专业学生职业生涯规划现状,分析其影响因素,为制定提升护生职业生涯规划水平的教育策略提供依据.方法:整群抽取在我校就读的护理学(中外合作办学)专业2016级和2017级学生为研究对象,应用廖永珍编制的《护生职业生涯规划问卷》,在重新对问卷进行信效度检验的基础上,对护理学(中外合作办学)专业学生的职业生涯规划情况进行分析.结果:278名护理学(中外合作办学)专业学生生涯规划总均分为(2.92±0.44)分,职业生涯规划能力处于中等水平.其中自我认识维度得分最高,(3.13±0.46)分;行动计划得分次之,(2.98±0.54)分;职业目标维度得分与专业环境评估维度得分一致,均为(2.96±0.57)分;人际关系得分为(2.81±0.61)分;反馈修正得分为(2.75±0.56)分.护理学(中外合作办学)专业学生的年级、参加社会实践经历及与专业相关情况和选择护理专业的初衷是影响其生涯规划的主要因素.结论:护理学(中外合作办学)学生职业生涯规划能力处于中等水平,加强护理学(中外合作办学)专业学生生涯规划教育,可将护生职业生涯规划教育贯穿至其在校学习的始终,结合不同年级护生职业生涯规划能力不同的特点,安排护生需要的且受护生喜欢的生涯体验活动,在体验活动中培养职业情感,逐步提高护生的终身职业生涯规划能力.
Objective:To investigate the status of career planning of nursing students(Thomas University-Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities program)and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for for⁃mulating educational strategies to improve the career planning level of nursing students.Methods:A cluster of nursing students(Thomas University-Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities program)enrolled in our school were selected as the research object,totally 278 students,their career planning was analyzed based on the reli⁃ability and validity test of the questionnaire,which was compiled by Liao Yong-zhen.Results:The total average score of career planning of the 278 nursing students(Thomas University-Inner Mongolia University for Nationali⁃ties program)was 2.92±0.44,and their career planning ability was at a medium level.Among them,the score of self-knowledge dimension(3.13±0.46)was the highest,the score of action plan(2.98±0.54)was the second,the score of career goal dimension was consistent with the score of professional environment assessment dimen⁃sion,both of them were 2.96±0.57,the score of interpersonal relationship was 2.81±0.61,and the score of feed⁃back correction was 2.75±0.56.The grade of nursing students,the experience of participating in social practice,the situation related to the specialty and the original intention of choosing nursing specialty were the main fac⁃tors affecting their career planning.Conclusion:Nursing students’(Thomas University-Inner Mongolia Universi⁃ty for Nationalities program)career planning ability is at a medium level.Strengthening their career planning ed⁃ucation should run through nursing students’career planning education throughout their whole study in school.Combining with the different characteristics of nursing students’career planning ability in different grades,we can arrange career experience activities that they need and enjoy,cultivate professional emotion in the experi⁃ence activities,and gradually improve their lifelong career planning ability.
