摘要
研究了由ADU制备AUC时,反应体系中ADU浆体铀浓度、反应剂浓度和体积、反应剂加入速度、反应温度、搅拌速度等反应条件对AUC晶体的影响。试验表明:当ADU中c(U)=2.0 mol/L、反应剂ρ[(NH_4)_2CO_3]=480g/L、反应剂加入速度≤100mL/min、n[(NH_4)_2CO_3]/n(U)≈6、反应温度=(55±5)℃、搅拌速度=1 000r/min时,反应完全后经过滤、洗涤和干燥,可制得平均粒径较大(≥40μm)的AUC晶体。
The effects of reaction conditions,such as the concentration of uranium in the slurry of ADU,the concentration and volume of reactant,the addition rate of reagent,reaction temperature and stirring speed on the preparation of AUC crystal by ADU were studied.The experimental results showed when c(U)is 2.0 mol/L in ADU,ρ[(NH 4)2 CO 3]is 480 g/L,the rate of addition of reactant is less than 100 mL/min,n[(NH 4)2 CO 3]/n(U)≈6、the temperature is(55±5)℃and the stirring speed is 1000 r/min,AUC crystals with large average particle size(≥40μm)could be prepared after the reaction was completed and filtered,washed and dried.
