铀矿堆浸配酸和喷淋过程自动控制系统研究

摘要 在传统铀矿堆浸喷淋过程中,存在淋浸液浓度不均匀、酸度不精确、配制时间长等问题。为解决这些问题,引入管道静态混合器优化配酸工艺,采用记录自控系统脉冲的方式来解决喷淋时间误差大的问题,并依此制定了新的自动控制方案。现场应用表明,该技术实现了堆浸配酸和喷淋过程的高精度自动控制,大幅降低了生产酸耗。 In the traditional heap leaching process of uranium ore,there are some problems such as uneven concentration of leaching solution,inaccurate acidity and long preparation time.In order to solve these problems,a static pipeline mixer was introduced to optimize the mixing-acid process,and a new automatic control system was developed.According to count the pulse of CPU chip,cumulative error of timer in long period is eliminated.As the first automatic control system of mixing-acid and spraying,it has succeed in reducing costs and increasing efficiency and improving the level of digital function generators in heap leaching uranium mines.
