浅谈基于岗位能力分析的课程设置研究--以康复工程技术专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 从岗位需求出发,梳理典型工作任务,明确职业核心能力,从而确定康复工程技术专业课程设置。通过现场访谈、电话访问、网络调研、发放调查问卷、实践专家访谈会等形式对62家企业和103名毕业生开展调研。调研结果明确了企业的岗位需求、典型工作任务和职业核心能力,并进一步梳理分析得出需要开设的专业课程,即8门专业基础课、6门核心专业课、5门实训课。 Starting from the post demand,combing the typical work tasks and making clear the professional core competence,this paper discusses the curriculum setting of rehabilitation engineering technology specialty.Through on-the-spot interviews,telephone interviews,network survey,questionnaires,practical expert interviews and other forms of research on 62 enterprises and 103 graduates,the research was carried out.The results of the research clarify the post needs,typical work tasks and professional core competence of the enterprises,and further analyze the professional courses that need to be set up.The courses include eight professional basic courses,six core professional courses and five practice training courses.
