摘要
针对药学专业就业宽口径、多方向的特点,南通卫生高等职业技术学校构建了基于南通卫生职教集团的"五阶段、多情境"现代学徒制人才培养模式。根据药学专业职业岗位群的特点,学生在医疗机构、药品批发零售企业和药品生产企业的多种情境中轮流学习专业知识和实践技能,依次进行专业认知—岗位见习—综合实训—跟岗实习—顶岗实习等五个阶段的技能学习。建构了人才培养课程体系,创新人才培养机制,为培养药学专业复合型技术技能人才提供了保障。
In view of the characteristics of wide range and multi-direction of pharmacy specialty employment,Nantong Health College of Jiangsu Province has constructed a modern apprenticeship training model of"five stages and multiple situations"based on Nantong Health Vocational Education Group.According to the characteristics of pharmaceutical professional post group,students take turns to learn professional knowledge and practical skills in a variety of situations of medical institutions,drug wholesale and retail enterprises and drug production enterprises,and then carry out five stages of skill learning,namely professional cognition,post probation,comprehensive training,follow-up practice and post practice.The curriculum system of talent training is constructed,and the talent training mechanism is innovated,which provides a guarantee for the cultivation of compound technical talents of pharmacy specialty.
