医校协同的医学影像技术专业人才培养模式探索

Exploration of Medical Imaging Technology Talent Training Model Based on the Cooperation Between Hospitals and Medical Schools

该校通过构建“医校协同”的人才培养模式,充分利用医院及学校双方优势共同培养医学影像技术人才,有效解决“医学影像技术人才培养需依托大型影像设备支持,对实践条件要求很高”这一难题,为医学影像技术人才培养提供丰富且优质的教学资源及保障。该文围绕制定方案、教学建设、思想建设三方面,论述“医校协同”医学影像技术人才培养模式的构建及取得的成效。

Through constructing talent training model based on the cooperation between hospitals and medical schools,making full use of the advantages of both hospitals and schools to train medical imaging technology talents,our university has effectively solved the problem that the medical imaging technology personnel training needs to rely on large-scale imaging equipment support,and the requirements for practice conditions is too high,which provides rich and high-quality teaching resources and guarantee to the cultivation of medical imaging technology talents.This paper discusses the construction of the imaging technology personnel training model based on the cooperation between hospitals and medical schools and the results achieved from three aspects,including formulation of scheme,teaching construction and ideological construction.
