文化自信背景下高校新校区校园文化建设的思考

摘要 文章在深入挖掘了当前我国高校新校区校园文化建设的现状与问题后,针对新校区一系列共性问题,给出了改善建议,加深与周边高校的交流合作、共享信息资源;对内引导学生独立学习和思考,让良好的学习文化成为校园文化的主导,并通过增强教师归属感将朝气蓬勃的年轻教师留在新校区。积极建设校内优秀的寝室与班级文化、创新文化、科研创新与学生参与互动文化,同时积极引入校外主流的名企文化,丰富校园文化。通过“对外对内双向进行,增强引入同时进行”,让校园文化这一重要软实力更好地发挥文化育人的功效。 After deeply digging into the current situation and problems of campus culture construction in new the campus of colleges and universities in China,some suggestions for improvement are given in view of a series of common problems in the new campus.We should deepen the exchange and cooperation with the surrounding colleges and universities,share information resources;we should guide students to study and think independently,let the good learning culture become the dominant campus culture,and keep young and vigorous teachers in the new campus by strengthening their sense of belonging.We should actively build excellent dormitory and class culture,innovative culture,interactive culture of scientific research innovation and student participation.At the same time,we should actively introduce the mainstream culture of famous enterprises outside the university to enrich our campus culture.Through the“external and internal two-way reform,and carrying out internal promotion and external introduction at the same time”,campus culture can better play the role of cultural education as an important soft power.
