摘要
文章分析航海类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设现状,针对部分“双师型”教师思想政治素质不够高、科研能力偏弱、地位待遇较低等现实问题,提出加强航海类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的一些措施,包括强化师德师风教育、加大“课程思政”建设力度、深化人事制度改革、健全“双师型”教师队伍管理机制,以及强化教育教学业绩表彰等。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in marine specialties.In view of some practical problems,such as insufficient ideological and political quality,weak scientific research ability and low status treatment of some"double-qualified"teachers,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the team construction of"double-qualified"teachers in maritime specialties,including strengthening the education of teachers'morality and ethics,strengthening the construction of"curriculum ideology and politics",deepening the reform of personnel system,perfecting the management mechanism of"double-qualified"teachers'team,and strengthening the recognition of educational and teaching achievements,etc.
