医药类独立学院学生转入护理专业成因的质性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解广西南宁市某独立学院医学生转入护理学专业成因,选取11名转入护理学专业学生进行半结构化访谈。学生转入护理学专业成因:认为学习原专业难度大、同窗人数少,自身缺乏班级感,对原专业就业前景不乐观是转入护理学专业的现实原因;对高考志愿不了解,选择转为就业前景较好的护理学专业。转专业的学生要对自身能力做出正确评价,高校管理者和教师要尊重其意愿,因材施教,使其尽快融入新学习环境,实现抱负,成就自己。 To understand the causes of the transfer of medical students to nursing specialty in an independent college in Nanning,Guangxi,semi-structured interviews were conducted among 11 nursing students.The causes for the students'transfer to nursing specialty are:the difficulty in learning the original specialty,the small number of classmates,the lack of a sense of class,and the gloomy employment prospect of the original specialty are the practical reasons for the students'transfer to the nursing specialty;because of the lack of knowledge in future specialty selection during the college entrance examination,they want to transfer to the nursing specialty,which has a better employment prospect,through specialty transfer.The students who change their specialty should evaluate their ability correctly.University administrators and teachers should respect their wishes and teach them according to their aptitude,so that they can integrate into the new learning environment as soon as possible to realize their aspirations and achieve the value of their lives.
