摘要 改革开放40多年,我国经济经历高速发展阶段之后,转为高质量发展阶段,需要大量具有工匠精神的技术技能人才。高职院校作为培育工匠的主阵地,必须结合新时代的要求,坚持立德树人,培育又红又专的工匠人才。佛山职业技术学院经过广东省示范校和一流校的建设,探索了“课程思政”背景下高职工匠精神的培育路径,打造了德技双馨的“双师型”队伍,将课程思政融入人才培养全过程,利用校园活动为重要载体,融合校园文化,培育工匠精神。 After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has experienced a high-speed development stage and turned into a high-quality development stage,which requires a large number of skilled technical talents with the“craftsman spirit”.As the main place of cultivating talents,higher vocational colleges must combine the requirements of the new era,adhere to"building morality and cultivating talents",and cultivate talents both politically sound and professionally competent.After the construction as the demonstration college and the first-class vocational college of Guangdong Province,Foshan Polytechnic has explored the cultivation path of the“craftsman spirit”in higher vocational education under the background of"curriculum ideological and political education".The college has constructed a"double-qualified"teaching team,integrated the“curriculum ideological and political education”into the whole process of talent cultivation,used campus activities as an important carrier,and combined with campus culture to cultivate the“craftsman spirit”of the talents.
