摘要
白鹤滩水电站转轮加工重钢结构厂房下段柱安装中,如利用传统的杯口基础施工方法,无论在工期上还是立柱的标高与垂直度控制上均难以达到要求。在分析前期及类似工程安装方法的基础上,创新地采用了在下段柱根部增加临时牛腿,利用千斤顶并配合以吊车进行对下段柱安装的高度及垂直度进行矫正,方法简单、可操性强、施工效率高、对质量控制精准,既解决了安装质量不易控制的难题,且大大提高安装效率。
In the installation of the lower columns of the heavy steel structure workshops for the runner processing in Baihetan Hydropower Station Project,both the construction schedule and the elevation and verticality control of the columns are of great difficulties if the traditional cup-like foundation construction method is adopted.Based on the analysis of similar installation work,an innovative installation method is proposed,in which temporary corbels are added at the bottom of the lower columns,and the installation elevation and verticality are controlled by lifting jacks and crane.Practice shows that the proposed method is simple,easy to implement,and of high construction efficiency and accurate quality control,which not only solves the installation quality control problem,but also greatly improves the installation efficiency.
