摘要
白鹤滩工程大坝为300 m级特高双曲拱坝,全坝共30条横缝31层灌区。为确保高质量实施大坝接缝灌浆,充分利用大坝智能温控与智能建造数据分析反馈混凝土梯级降温方式,设计合适温度梯度、混凝土龄期、横缝开张度、悬臂高度等,确定混凝土接缝灌浆的各项条件,从而判断最优灌浆时机,制定接缝灌浆系统安装标准化工艺,充分做好各项灌前准备工作,确保灌浆过程中浆液沿混凝土缝面均匀充填,灌后检查表明:白鹤滩接缝灌浆过程中各项参数均超过设计要求,达到精品工程质量目标。
The dam in Baihetan Project is a 300 m level super-high double-curved arch dam with 30 transverse joints and 31 grouting layers.In order to ensure a high-quality dam joint grouting construction,intelligent temperature control and intelligent construction data analysis and feedback technologies are adopted to determine the cascade cooling schemes of concrete with appropriate parameters such as the temperature gradient,concrete age,transverse joint opening,and cantilever height.Various conditions of the joint grouting construction and thus the optimal grouting timing are determined.Then,standardized installation process of the joint grouting system is formulated,and all pre-grouting preparation work is done thoroughly.Thus,the grout is ensured to evenly and fully fill the concrete joints during the grouting process.Inspection after the grouting construction in Baihetan Project shows that all parameters of the joint grouting process exceed the design requirements and the grouting construction is a high-quality work.
