喻家河水库大坝基础处理施工方法

摘要 喻家河水库工程左岸坝段地基主要为大隆组泥灰岩夹页岩,层间结合较差,结构面较发育,不利于坝基稳定。针对该地基的复杂情况,设计施工采取了深层固结灌浆,分段、注浓浆、加大灌浆压力、待凝、反复扫孔注浆等工艺;帷幕灌浆采用现场工艺试验,分部位采用不同灌浆结束标准等。结束后经现场质量检查和蓄水验证,固结灌浆、帷幕灌浆工艺选择合适,灌浆质量可靠。 The foundation of the left bank dam section of Yujiahe Reservoir Project is mainly composed of marl and shale of Dalong formation with weak interlayer bonding and developed structural planes,which is adverse to the dam foundation stability.Considering the complex conditions of the foundation,deep consolidation grouting and curtain grouting are implemented.In the consolidation grouting,construction technology such as segmented grouting,thick grouting slurry,increased grouting pressure,solidification waiting,and repeated hole cleaning and grouting is adopted.In the curtain grouting,in-situ tests and different grouting completion standards are adopted for different locations.After the construction,in-situ quality inspection and water storage verification show that the consolidation grouting and the curtain grouting are of reliable quality with appropriate construction technology.
