摘要
介绍了TRMS4531镍渣辊磨粉磨系统的工艺流程、主要设备参数及运行情况。该磨机系统已成功应用于国内某项目中,且各项运行指标均优于合同要求。磨机运行平稳,镍渣成品颗粒粒径分布较宽,28d活性指数可以达到国标S75级要求,生产镍渣系统电耗约38.5kW·h/t,相较于球磨机,立式辊磨粉磨镍渣电耗可降低30%~40%,节能降耗效果显著。
This article introduces the process flow,main equipment and operation condition about TRMS4531 vertical roller mill for nickel slag grinding.Operating parameters of this vertical roller mill grinding system are better than contract requirements.This vertical roller mill is running smoothly with wild particle size distribution and activity index of nickel slag product for 28d can meet the requirements of the national standard S75.The power consumption for total grinding system is about 38.5kW·h/t,30%~40%less than ball mill,which has a significant energy saving effect.
