摘要
萤石尾矿含有15%~20%的氟化钙,在熟料煅烧过程中,掺入一定比例的萤石尾矿可明显延长熟料凝结时间,熟料初凝时间由原来的85~95min延长至205~304min,终凝时间由130~150min延长至267~387min。同时,改善了生料的易烧性,稳定了缓凝熟料的生产,优化了水泥性能,满足了特殊工程对缓凝水泥性能要求。
Fluorite tailings contain 15%~20%calcium fluoride.During clinker calcination,adding a certain proportion of fluorite tailings can obviously prolong clinker setting time,the initial setting time of clinker is prolonged from 85~95min to 205~304min,and the final setting time is prolonged from 130~150min to 267~387min.At the same time,the burnability of raw meal is improved,the production of retarded clinker is stabilized,the cement performance is optimized,and the performance requirements of retarded cement for special projects are met.
