浅谈水泥库卸料气路技术改造

摘要 某公司干法二厂水泥库内大量积料,清库工作难度大,危险系数高。经分析库内水泥结块原因,通过采取压缩空气助流卸料技术,在卸料口架设压缩空气管路,采用压缩空气进行卸料装车,保持卸料口处水泥流动,解决了水泥库水泥长期积存结块的问题。 There is a large amount of accumulated material in the cement silo of the second dry process plant of a company,which makes it difficult to clear the silo and has a high risk factor.After analyzing the causes of cement caking in the silo,the compressed air pipeline was erected at the unloading port by adopting the compressed air assisted discharge technology,and the compressed air was used for unloading to keep the cement flowing at the unloading port,thus solving the problem of long-term accumulation and caking of cement in the cement silo.
