皖南烟区不同区域烤烟物理特性分析 被引量:3

Analysis on Physical Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco in Different Areas of Southern Anhui

摘要 为了解安徽皖南不同植烟区域烤烟物理特性差异及年份间变化情况,利用随机取样的方法采集5个烤烟区域的162份烤烟样品,测定10项物理指标进行统计分析。结果表明:(1)皖南烟区C3F、B2F等级各物理指标的变异系数整体较小,且各物理指标年度间、区域间的稳定性相对较好。其中,平衡含水率的变异系数最小,伸长率的变异系数最大;(2)皖南烟区烤烟厚度、含梗率、叶面密度、伸长率2017年与2018年间差异均达到显著水平。2018年C3F、B2F烟叶在厚度、叶面密度上较2017年均有明显改善,差异达到显著水平;(3)除2018年城区B2F等级综合得分略低外,年度内各区域C3F、B2F物理指标的综合得分差异不显著。芜湖地区C3F、B2F物理特性整体较好,且年份间较为稳定。 In order to know the difference of physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in different tobacco-growing areas in southern Anhui Province and the variation of physical characteristics between years,162 flue-cured tobacco samples from 5 tobacco-growing areas were collected by random sampling method,and 10 physical indexes were determined,and do a statistical analysis.The results showed that:(1)The coefficient of variation of physical indexes of C3F and B2F in southern Anhui Tobacco area was small as a whole,and the inter-regional stability of physical indexes was relatively good.Among them,the coefficient of variation of equilibrium moisture content was the smallest,and the coefficient of variation of elongation was the largest.(2)The differences of thickness,stem content,leaf density and elongation rate between 2017 and 2018 were significant.In 2018,the thickness and leaf surface density of C3F and B2F tobacco leaves were significantly improved compared with those in 2017.(3)Except that the overall score of B2F grade in Chengqu areas was slightly lower in 2018,there was no significant difference in the comprehensive scores of C3F and B2F physical indexes among different regions in the year.The physical properties of C3F and B2F in Wuhu are good and stable.
