摘要
采用济阳区近30年气象整编资料,分析评价了济阳区2019年度的气候特点以及暴雨、大风、冰雹等灾害性天气对农业、交通、人民生活等的影响。结果表明:2019年济阳年平均气温较常年偏高,年降水量较常年偏少,年日照时数较常年偏多,异常天气频发,灾害性天气时有发生,给农业生产和人民生活带来较大影响。综合评定济阳区2019年气候年景为平年。
Based on the meteorological data of Jiyang District in the past 30 years,the climatic characteristics of Jiyang District in 2019 and the impact of severe weather such as heavy rain,strong wind and hail on agriculture,transportation and people′s life were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that:in 2019,the annual average temperature,annual precipitation,sunshine hours,abnormal weather and catastrophic weather occur frequently in Jiyang,which have a great impact on agricultural production and people′s life.The climate year of 2019 in Jiyang District was comprehensively assessed as normal year.
