摘要
基于地方农林院校对新工科专业人才的培养需求,面对食品产业的新业态、新形势,结合浙江农林大学食品科学与工程类专业的人才培养特点,以高校大学生新生研讨课改革为切入点,以人才培养方案修订为抓手,对高校食品科学与工程类教学体系进行了探索与研究。结果表明,新生研讨课的开设对于学生的招生、培养、就业等环节均有影响,取得了良好的效果。
Based on cultivation demands of the emerging engineering major for local agriculture and forestry universities,in the face of the food industry of new forms,new situation,combining with characteristics of personnel training majoring in food science and engineering of our school,the reform of freshman seminar was taken as the breakthrough point,revision to the talent training scheme as the starting point,and the teaching system of food science and engineering in universities was explored and researched.The practice results showed that the freshman seminar could affect the student recruitment,training,employment,and others,and had good results.
