摘要
为了提高螺旋埋弧焊管生产线上带钢坡口铣削尺寸的稳定性,对坡口尺寸粗调系统(压辊位置粗调系统)稳定性与坡口尺寸微调系统(压辊位置微调系统)稳定性进行综合分析,并对铣边机上颚装置中控制压辊位置稳定性的液压系统(压辊位置粗调系统)进行了优化,实现了线上带钢坡口尺寸的稳定一致,从而为螺旋埋弧焊管成型质量以及焊接质量提供了更有力的保障。
In order to improve the stability of strip steel groove milling size of SSAW pipe production line,the stability of groove size rough adjustment system(roller position rough adjustment system)and groove size fine adjustment system(roller position fine adjustment system)were comprehensively analyzed.The hydraulic system(roller position rough adjustment system)which is used to control the stability of roller position of milling machine is mainly used.The stable and consistent groove size of strip steel on the line is realized,which provides a more powerful guarantee for the forming quality and welding quality of SSAW pipe.
