复合钢板台阶形坡口埋弧焊气孔缺陷原因分析

摘要 针对复合板台阶形坡口焊接采用埋弧焊时,若组对错边较大,易产生气孔、夹渣等焊接缺陷问题,分析了缺陷产生的原因主要为磁偏吹,提出了控制手段。经生产试验验证,通过改变接头坡口形式,改变电弧长度,能有效的减小磁偏吹,避免产生气孔,提高了复合板焊接的一次合格率。同时,为同类型焊接接头错边引起电弧偏吹提供了改进建议。 When submerged arc welding(SAW)is used in step-type groove welding of composite plate,if the misalignment is serious during butt welding,defects such as pores and slag inclusions are easy to occur.The main cause of the defects is magnetic blowing,and the control measures are proposed.The production test shows that by changing the form of joint groove and changing the arc length,the magnetic blow can be effectively reduced,the pores can be avoided,and the first passing rate of composite plate welding is improved.At the same time,the improved technology is provided for the arc blowing caused by the misalignment of the same type welding joint.
